What distinguishes the Muslim Students' Association (MSA) at the University of Western Ontario from other MSA's is its Islamic radio show. This show has been around since 1982 and has developed primarily for Muslim and non-Muslim audiences in the London area.

The year-round radio show, which is aimed at non-Muslim audiences, broadcasts every Monday from 6:00PM to 6:30PM on CHRW 94.9 FM in London, Ontario, Canada. In the holy month of Ramadan, the show is aimed at the London Muslim community with extended hours from CHRW; the show receives additional on-air time before sunrise (suhur), and in some years prime time on evenings.

'The Muslim Students' Hour' as it was known - then 'The Islamic Hour', and now 'Muslims Live!' - was an effort by students for students. In Feb. 2005, the radio show was expanded to include community members to help run the year-round radio show program side-by-side with the student volunteers from the MSA.

This excellent tool to call to the way of Allah (God) has become more important than ever now. Anyone who is interested in participating in this medium is encouraged to contact the MSA. Whether broadcasting, finding sponsors, or calling guest speakers, everyone's effort is equally as important and only then can "Muslims Live!" come out as a professional informative presentation.
